Alpha by Nomadier | Private Bedroom + Rooftop Terrace in Condesa

Excelente y cómodo check in. Excelente y atentos anfitriones

Great value for the price Positive: Really cozy spot and great value for the price. In our room they provided towels, water, soaps, shampoos etc. which was a nice touch. Everything felt pretty clean and they were really attentive on the chat to make check in super easy for us (although I suspect they use an AI chatbot for their customer service but either way it was attentive and I was quickly helped) Negative: When I first booked, I received a lot of messages in the chat with instructions, and was sent links to some site called HostAway to do check-in online. I don't know if this is standard practice now for modern AirBnb/hostel type places that have no front desk, but it was my first time seeing it and I don't love the idea of clicking a link to an external site to give my ID details etc. Fortunately I was able to investigate the URL and it was 100% legit and safe. Plus on the chat, they offered me an alternative method if I didn't feel safe clicking the link. In the end it was all fine and things were pretty smooth. Overall no complaints really. I just don't love the involvement of 3rd party sites to handle private data if I'm honest.

Host adorabile, posizione incredibile! Positive: Posizione e organizzazione dell' host.. Impeccabile!!
